The role requires 3+ years of PC hardware/software support, imaging/deployment experience, and Windows 10/11 proficiency; you must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting PCs.
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Able to train quickly on procedures and strong IT knowledge base.
• Windows 10/11 experience.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, setup, deployment, and SNOW for asset tracking; basic troubleshooting during deployment.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Interact with customers, responding to routine technical questions or information requests.
• Escalate problems to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
