Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the timeline for installation or changes to technology in client locations.
• Follow established procedures to deliver high-quality service and support.
• Answer queries via the ACD line with accurate information.
• Oversee circuit upgrades and manage fallout processes.
• Coordinate installation/removal/relocation of phones, data circuits, and equipment within branches.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams about office equipment and services.
• Place and manage orders for technology services with local vendors.
• Update tickets and status of orders promptly.
• Monitor daily deliverables to ensure branch satisfaction and timely completion.
