Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Field Services Support professional for onsite end-user support across client locations. The role covers IMAC work, incident resolution and project support, with travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities include handling VIP and executive support, coordinating with multiple IT groups, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while adhering to ITIL processes and security policies. This is a full-time onsite position in Des Moines, IA.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL incident, request, change and asset management.
• Hands-on with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow or BMC Remedy/Helix.
• Strong Windows and MacOS endpoints, M365, AD/Entra ID, Okta, CrowdStrike, Webex, printers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite end-user support across client locations.
• Own IMAC requests and ensure SLA attainment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide desk-side support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile and AV devices.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and site leadership on outages and incidents.
• Maintain assets using CMDB, AD, SCCM and related tools; support infrastructure projects.
