Job summary

Ender-IT seeks a Systems Analyst to orchestrate cross-system integrations across SaaS platforms like Workday, recruiting and learning systems, and in-house applications. You will govern analytics, UX, and data governance to support decision-making for complex HR tech ecosystems.

The role leads global technical projects, mentors teams, and ensures timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating SaaS platforms like Workday, recruiting systems, learning systems, and home grown apps.
• Ability to drive governance, analytics, and UX improvements across IT systems.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT teams to deliver enterprise-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead global technical projects and initiatives.
• Identify and resolve business and data issues.
• Be the main technical contact between business and IT teams.
• Maintain knowledge of business processes, best practices, and technologies.
• Promote technical best practices and drive process improvements.
• Stay updated on supplier systems and GM IT platforms for HR.
• Provide technical training and mentorship within the team.
• Improve IT customer satisfaction through transparent communication.
• Coordinate project delivery with vendors and internal IT.
• Own system functionality and technical roadmap of technology and integrations.
• Support compliance with accessibility, localization, and regulations.
• Work autonomously with diverse teams and clients.
• Demonstrate dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.
• Recommend features to drive business productivity.
• Meet deadlines with high quality and push others to do so.
• Strategically plan the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in all phases of the IT Systems Development Lifecycle.
• Support evolving business needs and drive deliverables to closure.
• Perform data mining and analysis to uncover insights.
