Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience; supervisory experience required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS/BMS, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible for reviewing and signing off on technician work and hours in accordance with Massachusetts licensing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Must have Master Refrigeration License or HVAC/Refrigeration Contractor License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Own execution of preventive and corrective maintenance with focus on uptime and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Ensure all work complies with safety policies, GMP requirements, and site procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work for quality, scope, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS and support planning/scheduling.
