Job summary

New England Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician for a large client in Marlborough, MA. This on-site role runs first shift 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

and involves coordinating service calls and PM tasks with onsite technicians to ensure safety and timeliness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, can work independently, and will manage scheduling with the client.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with on-site maintenance and coordination.
• Must maintain licenses and safety certifications.
• Ability to work with customers and schedule PM tasks.

Responsibilities
