Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products on customer sites. You will build rapport with customers and coordinate with area offices and management, while following safety rules and company guidelines.

The role requires on-site field work, some travel, and the ability to work under supervision or independently based on training. You must maintain certifications and support continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license required or equivalent.
• Six years of related military experience.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work per maintenance guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices as published.
