Job summary

You will perform on-site and phone assistance, adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate program or related field experience.
• EPA refrigerant license preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and scheduled maintenance.
