Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products, establishing strong rapport with customers and internal teams. The role includes on‑site support, field service reporting, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Applicants should be able to work under supervision or independently, maintain certifications, and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments. Travel and PPE usage are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HVAC – Certificate Program degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• Equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of OHM’s law and HVAC theory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Render on‑site and phone assistance to customers.
• Maintain certifications per job requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines.
• Complete scheduled maintenance documentation and provide to customer and local office.
• Strive to provide first‑time fix for equipment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction according to guidelines.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Report accidents or injuries within 24 hours.
