Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Beachwood, Ohio, to validate and input onboarding data into the HRIS for employees of responsible Communities. The role includes data validation, processing, and auditing related to deductions, transfers, and terminations, while delivering excellent customer service to staff.

The candidate should have 2+ years of payroll or HR-related experience, be proficient in MS Excel/Word, and comfortable working with HRIS systems in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Two or more years of payroll processing and/or HR-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and Word) and HRIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process onboarding data into the HRIS for employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Communities and staff.
• Perform data validation, processing and auditing related to deductions, transfers, terminations, and status changes.
