Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a talented HR co-op to support Human Pharma in Fremont, CA on site. You will help translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions, assist with requirements, design, testing, and adoption, and support data-driven HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates are enrolled students with 3.0 GPA or higher, pursuing related majors, and willing to work up to 6 months; on-site requirements apply and collaboration across HR and IT is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student.
• Academic performance: overall GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale preferred.
• Major or minor in a related internship/co-op field.
• Undergraduates must have completed at least 12 credit hours; graduates at least 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to assess HR processes and technology needs.
• Collaborate with local IT to pilot new technologies (AI/ML, data science, LLMs, APIs, SQL, RPA).
• Execute pilot projects using Agile methodologies and document outcomes.
