Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a co-op for the HR team to support HR technology initiatives, data insights, and compliant, responsible AI practices. The role collaborates across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption and measurement.

The co-op will work on dashboards, talent development, headcount tracking, and other strategic HR initiatives, with on-site requirements in Fremont, CA, or Ridgefield, CT.

Qualifications

• Candidate is an undergraduate/graduate student enrolled for duration of internship/co-op.
• Experience or interest in HR technology, data insights, and AI-enabled tools preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects with Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to assess HR processes and technology needs.
• Develop and test scalable HR tech solutions with design, deployment and adoption in mind.
• Create dashboards, track KPIs and support headcount/ HR priorities.
