Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or related administrative role.
• Experience coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work with employees and managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting process from posting to offer.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll HR administration, and compliance.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and policy communication.
• Foster employee engagement and coordinate HR communications.
