Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a San Diego County home care organization to hire an HR Staffing Coordinator in Del Mar/Oceanside. This onsite role supports caregiver recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day staffing operations to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare staffing or coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication. Travel between Del Mar and Oceanside is required, with onsite work and some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or related administrative roles.
• Healthcare staffing or caregiver scheduling experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between Del Mar and Oceanside as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientations, background checks, and required documentation.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and availability.
• Respond to scheduling changes and last-minute staffing needs to ensure coverage.
• Maintain accurate employee records and scheduling information.
