Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of lead/supervisory experience.
• Experience in HR with onboarding, recruiting, or basic HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HR Employee Resource Center and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Supervise two full-time employees and student staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient administrative workflows.
• Support HR processes: onboarding, data entry, employment verifications, personnel file compliance, employee orientation, and international employee documentation.
• Manage departmental operations: purchasing, work orders, telecommunications, and building/badge access.
