Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent operational experience
• 1 to 3 years of lead and/or supervisory experience
• Experience in HR onboarding, recruiting, or other basic HR functions
• Ability to supervise diverse staff and promote an equitable workplace
• Strong integrity and work ethic
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
