Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an HR Program Analyst to provide onsite operational and project management support for the DARPA client in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on coordinating administrative tasks, preparing materials, and delivering concise, strategic recommendations to leadership.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of program administrative experience. Travel is up to 10% and the role is fully on-site in a government environment.

• Experience with technical writing, editing, and product development

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational and project management support for DARPA client
• Coordinate with SRO Leadership and Front Office to identify agency needs and scope projects
• Organize decision-making points for agency leadership with concise recommendations
• Coordinate data calls and develop clear guidelines, then synthesize information into high-quality products
• Track open actions and ensure timely completion with the appropriate counterpart
