Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned biologist to support DARPA's Human Subject Research (HSR) program on site in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include coordinating HSR activities, policy reviews, training updates, and interfacing with military and agency staff to ensure compliance with DoD instructions.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, MS or related medical degree, and eight+ years in HSR or related fields, with strong problem-solving and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance
• 8+ years in Human Subject Research (HSR) or related fields
• Ability to analyze complex problems and advise executive management
• IRB regulatory experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing HSR activities for DARPA.
• Maintain a database of HSR funded activities and advise on HSR eligibility.
• Review and update training and policy documents; interface with staff.
• Develop and present HSR related briefings and support DARPA contract agents.
