Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst Lead to provide onsite DARPA support in Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes evaluating programmatic and technical risk, coordinating meetings, and delivering clear, concise documents for the PM and senior leadership.

The candidate should have a DoD clearance, 5+ years’ experience, and be prepared for up to 15% travel. You will report to DARPA and engage with cross-functional teams on complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; non-technical degree allowed with demonstrated technical acumen.
• 5+ years of experience
• Active DoW Secret clearance and eligible for TS/SCI
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with mature judgment
• Self-starter with ability to communicate technical topics in clear terms
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to report to DARPA in Arlington, VA up to full-time as needed

Responsibilities

• Support DARPA programs with technical and programmatic analyses.
• Coordinate performer assessments and track progress with the PM.
• Prepare and present briefings, reports, and documentation for senior leaders.
