Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst to provide onsite support to DARPA in Arlington, VA.

The role includes coordinating program manager meetings, tracking progress, and preparing briefing materials and reports to inform concept development and procurement decisions. The candidate should have a STEM degree, an active DoD Secret clearance, and at least five years of relevant experience in a program analyst role, preferably in an R&D environment, with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM).
Active DoD Secret clearance.
5+ years of direct experience as a program analyst or related role, preferably in an R&D environment.
Experience in at least two: budget management, acquisition document coordination, meeting organization, or preparing briefings.
Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations.
Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide program support to DARPA and learn DARPA processes, procedures, and culture.
Coordinate monthly or bi-weekly internal and external meetings for the Program Manager.
Monitor and report program progress to the Program Manager with daily and monthly reports.
Prepare and coordinate drafts of briefings, reports, and documents to support concept and technology development.
