Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute in Hillsboro, OH is seeking an HR/Payroll Administrator to help keep people operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include orientation, HR compliance, benefits administration, and timely payroll transactions for staff, residents, and the public.

You will support hiring, maintain HR records, and coordinate safety and in-services while collaborating with the Risk Manager and facility leadership to promote a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR tasks such as orientation, policy administration, and data entry.
• Ability to interpret and apply government regulations affecting HR functions.
• Experience supporting recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities.
• Proficient in payroll processing, benefits administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support new employee orientation with sessions and materials.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate scheduling.
• Process payroll, garnishments, and payroll reports.
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR-related reports.
• Coordinate benefits administration and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with safety programs and in-services scheduling.
• Support supervisor with administrative tasks and audits.
