Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team and provide exceptional care to residents in our long-term care facility. In this role, you will oversee nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
