Qualifications

• Formal ADP training and current proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• At least two years payroll-processing experience for hourly, multi-department workforce.
• Knowledge of payroll practices, wage-and-hour rules, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and confidential records.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn HR, timekeeping, benefits, and reporting systems.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Clear written and verbal communication and professional service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible payroll schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll in ADP Workforce Now for a multi-department resort workforce.
• Review timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
• Enter and audit pay-rate changes, new-hire info, terminations, deductions, and bonuses.
• Run payroll reports, reconcile totals, and maintain audit trails.
• Respond to payroll questions, research discrepancies, and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll reporting and corrections.
• Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities and W-2 prep support.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable payroll laws and maintain confidentiality.
