Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an on-site Human Resources (HR) Manager in Orlando, FL to act as the trusted partner for employee relations, change management, and performance optimization. You will align programs with policies and provide strategic HR solutions across a high-volume call center workforce.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to consult across levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience supporting a high-volume call center workforce is preferred.
• Experience with leave management (FMLA/ADA) and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes for multiple business units and locations.
• Coach managers on performance management and total rewards.
• Investigate and resolve complex Employee Relations issues with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, I-9, E-Verify, ADA, HIPAA, FCRA, etc.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support calibration of performance evaluations and HR projects.
