Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners is hiring a People Operations Generalist in Orlando, on-site, to support benefits, leave administration, compliance, safety, training, and employee support. You will maintain records, respond to unemployment claims, and collaborate on People Operations initiatives to improve the team experience.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employee benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and employment compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for team member questions and provide guidance on People Operations programs, policies, and processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation while supporting day-to-day People Operations activities.
• Respond to unemployment claims and assist with other employment-related administrative requirements.
• Support company-wide People Operations initiatives designed to strengthen the team member experience and workplace culture.
• Administer health and welfare benefits, including enrollments and changes; assist with 401(k) enrollment.
• Manage team member leave cases and workers' compensation case management from reporting to resolution.
• Support safety, compliance, training, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to address questions and ensure consistent People Operations practices.
