Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years of experience managing people.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all HR activities in the division.
• Advise managers on HR issues and policy implementation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and job evaluation processes.
• Monitor employee relations and climate; implement action plans to improve turnover and engagement.
• Develop training plans aligned with business objectives and required competencies.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, retention, and career-path programs.
