Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Five years of progressive HR management experience.
• Experience in oil & gas or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives across sites.
• Lead implementation of corporate HR policies and programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
• Investigate workplace issues and ensure compliant resolution.
• Promote employee engagement and culture.
• Oversee recruiting in UKG with managers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across locations.
