Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Ogden, Utah site. This onsite role will lead HR processes, engage with COE partners, and drive workforce strategy aligned with business priorities.

You will report to the Director, HR and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes engagement, data-driven decision making, and change management to create an optimal employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum in HR leadership roles.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws at federal, state, and local levels (EEO).
• Experience mitigating employee and labor relations risk.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with onsite team to understand operations and align HR support with business needs.
• Identify and oversee development of skills through staffing, talent development, org design, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Site Leader and teams to address HR issues and opportunities and implement HR projects.
