Ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, partners effectively with frontline leaders, and brings hands-on experience with payroll and HR operations in high-growth settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 4+ years HR experience in warehouse/ logistics/ manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations for a large non-exempt workforce.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California) and local laws.
• Partner with payroll for accurate timekeeping and wage compliance.
• Support recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
• Develop training programs for supervisors and employees.
