Blue Rock Human Capital, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to serve as the site HR lead, partnering with site leadership and field teams to drive talent management, engagement, and workforce planning. You will lead HR strategy, performance management initiatives, and change programs while acting as a trusted advisor across all HR matters.

The role requires developing scalable HR strategies to improve efficiency and foster an inclusive work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive HR generalist experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws/regulations.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Act as site HR lead for the facility and partner with site leadership.
• Drive talent management, engagement, performance and development initiatives.
• Lead acquisition integration including due diligence, communication, payroll and benefits alignment.
• Develop and execute scalable HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
