Job summary

A footwear manufacturing company located in Pompano Beach, FL, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee daily operations of the HR department. This critical role includes managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR management experience and a relevant degree. Competitive wages and company-paid benefits are part of the offer. Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated human resource management experience.
• Active PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification highly desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law including EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full talent acquisition life cycle from hiring to development.
• Partner with leaders to develop a talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
• Drive employee-oriented activities to improve engagement.
• Guide managers through performance management situations.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
