Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly roles.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Strong HR systems literacy and proficiency with general business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, and employee development programs.
• Recruit for salaried and hourly positions and coordinate hiring with management.
• Advise on employee relations matters and support managers across departments and cultures.
• Develop and apply HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Support compensation administration, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and market reviews.
