Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in the United States.
• Hands-on HR experience supporting employees in CALIFORNIA and TEXAS.
• Strong knowledge of CA, TX, and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for Houston facility.
• Oversee Employee Relations, workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure California/Texas employment law compliance for all employees.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, timekeeping, payroll coordination.
