Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years payroll experience.
• Ability to work 100% onsite Monday-Friday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts and onboarding for new hires across various employee categories.
• Process payroll and administer leave.
• Advise supervisors on employee performance, providing guidance on corrective actions and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate employee benefits administration.
• Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Oversee employee documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
