Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; capable without it.
• Must be local; relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of HR contact for the plant (approx. 80 employees).
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues and performance conversations.
• Work with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities.
• Keep site compliant with employment law and company policy.
• Stay visible on the production floor so employees know who to approach.
• Assist roll-out of HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns to HR leadership.
