Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide full HR support for the Fort Smith, AR manufacturing site. You will drive people strategies, support hourly workforce, and partner with site leadership to execute lifecycle HR processes including onboarding and leave management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and labor practices
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• HRBP support and employee relations for manufacturing site employees, handling inquiries related to compensation, benefits, policies, and employment matters
• Lead workplace investigations and ensure compliance with standards
• Partner with site leadership to drive people strategies, workforce planning and lifecycle HR processes
• Facilitate engagement initiatives, change management and maintain confidentiality of Workday data
