Job summary

Flexport is seeking an Onsite Human Resources Manager for the Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. You will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce to shape the employee experience and ensure compliant operations.

In this role, you will lead employee relations, lifecycle management, and site-level HR programs, while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local laws and Flexport policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse).
• Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies.
