Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support benefits, employee relations and payroll at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center.

You will act as a culture champion and partner with leadership to reinforce our values of safety and excellence. The role requires 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, strong investigations and coaching skills, and comfort working in a distribution center setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Employee relations expert with investigations, coaching, performance management, and difficult conversations.
• Experience supporting team members in a distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries.
• Serve as a primary contact for benefits, payroll, and employee relations questions.
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner.
• Lead culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, and process improvements.
