General Motors LLC is seeking an onsite HR/LR generalist to lead Labor Relations, Hourly Employment, and Salaried HR administration. You will partner with executives to align HR programs with business objectives, advise on union contracts, and drive talent strategies across the plant.

You will manage employee relations, oversee staffing for hourly and salaried populations, support performance management and compensation processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.

Formación

• 1-5 years of Labor Relations experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient use of HR software tools (e.g., Workday Kronos, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide management representation in administering union agreements and advise on interpretation.
• Administer hourly hiring, transfers, and separations for permanent, temporary, and flex roles.
• Support talent management, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR processes for salaried hires and investigations as needed.
