Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Manager or equivalent.
• 2 years in Employee Relations and Investigations.
• 2 years of experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, interview and selection for store leadership roles and manage applications.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance to store leadership on HR policies and programs.
• Support reporting and analytics for talent development and total rewards.
