Job summary

This onsite role partners with store leadership and the regional HR team to drive HR goals and employee engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have HR Generalist experience, strong communication skills, and a background in onboarding, talent development, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Manager or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in Employee Relations and Investigations.
• 2 years of experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing, interview and selection for leadership and non-leadership roles in-store.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Support engagement initiatives like mTeam, mCulture and HR programs.
• Provide guidance to store leadership on career development resources and tracking progress of development plans.
• Assist with employee relations activities, dispute resolution, and compliance with policy.
