Job summary

Beacon Hill in Bensalem, Pennsylvania is seeking a TTH HR Generalist to support both office and field operations. The role is onsite and requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with responsibilities spanning payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and HR policy guidance.

The candidate will manage employee relations, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to implement HR best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex is a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform HR administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and policy creation
• Manage and administer payroll
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, communication, orientation, and more
• Assist with leave administration and employee documentation
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for office and field positions
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring processes
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR best practices
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management as needed
