You will assist with payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in the required areas.
• Hands-on experience with ADP WFN (Workforce Now).
• Recruitment and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR components and maintain confidentiality across employee data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies for multi-state operations.
• Prepare weekly payroll, verify time and attendance, and ensure accuracy of deductions and benefits contributions.
• Recruit, onboard, and process terminations; conduct new hire and benefit orientations; recognize employees.
• Maintain employee personnel, medical, benefit, and complaint files; liaise for complex matters.
• Support HRDirector with tasks and policy adherence; participate in continuous education on trends and regulations.
