Vermont Foodbank in Barre, VT, seeks an HR/EPeC Generalist to support employees across recruiting, onboarding, HRIS coordination, benefits, and attendance matters. The role works closely with leadership to maintain accurate records and seamless HR processes, including back-up reception duties.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in business, administration, HR or related field.
• Payroll processing experience or interest in learning, preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting support: active candidate sourcing, posting jobs, scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding, HRIS coordination, and benefits support.
• Absence management, payroll backup, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support with meetings, events, and internal staff communication.
