Sprout is seeking an HR Generalist to administer pay, benefits, and leave while enforcing company policies. You will handle onboarding, new-hire orientation, and payroll setup, and maintain records in SharePoint and HRIS. The role emphasizes compliance, employee engagement, and serving as a point of contact for HR questions.

100% onsite role in California with potential for growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and strong MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-3+ years HR experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer pay, benefits, and leave; enforce policies.
• Provide HR customer service and respond to employee questions.
• Support hires, terminations, promotions, and status changes.
• Lead new-hire orientation, I-9s, tax forms, payroll setup.
• Maintain employee records in SharePoint and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in performance review processes; support employee engagement.
