Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR representative for a manufacturing facility in Houston.

The role is onsite and will balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operations across hourly and salaried staff. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with plant leadership to meet

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience supporting employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration
• Experience handling both hourly and salaried populations and payroll processing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the facility
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employee relations
• Support employee engagement, retention and development initiatives
• Partner with leadership to support business and workforce objectives
• Process weekly payroll for hourly employees and semi-monthly payroll for salaried staff
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment
