Candidate must have an Associates Degree, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and 5+ years of HR leadership experience; able to partner with executives and operations on staffing and policy development. Experience building HR programs from the ground up is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Associates Degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; leadership experience supporting large or high-volume workforces preferred.
• Experience building HR programs, policies, procedures, and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain a legal, compliant workforce across multiple labor markets.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for high-volume hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and immigration-related requirements.
• Establish employee relations programs and serve as a trusted advisor on performance management and workforce concerns.
• Support workforce expansion initiatives with sourcing strategies and alternative labor programs.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure, staffing plans, and long-term workforce strategy.
• Partner with insurance, legal, and operations to support compliance and risk management.
