Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-heavy environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visas not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors across all shifts.
• Guide supervisors on corrective action and disciplinary processes for consistency and compliance.
• Assist with employee relations issues, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Support staffing efforts: job postings, screening, scheduling, onboarding for hourly and salaried staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data; ensure timely payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding for a smooth start.
• Collaborate with EHS/Operations on safety training and compliance topics.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics such as turnover, attendance, and staffing updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
