Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our Bethlehem, PA manufacturing facility. This on-site role partners with plant leadership to support employee relations, payroll, HRIS, and training across all shifts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong relations skills, and familiarity with ADP and timekeeping systems. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the HR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Strong employee relations skills with good judgment and professionalism.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems; ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as confidential HR resource for employees, providing coaching and guidance.
• Partner with supervisors on employee relations, performance concerns, attendance, and corrective action.
• Support fair, compliant administration of discipline and HR processes.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll-related activities, attendance programs, and HRIS administration.
• Coordinate recruiting, background checks, drug screens, and hourly job bidding.
