Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and site leadership in a hands-on, onsite environment at our St. James, MN facility.

You’ll handle employee relations, labor relations, compliance, workforce planning, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, engagement, and HR operations while maintaining a visible presence on the production floor. This role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience; equivalent experience considered.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, labor relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, HRIS, recruiting, benefits, engagement and HR operations.
• Partner with site leadership on day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping records; support onboarding, orientation, training and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with DE&I and affirmative action initiatives.
